Irmak Kasapoğlu

Irmak Kasapoğlu is the co-founder of Studio Agostini & Kasapoğlu and is admitted to the Ankara Bar Association. Her practice focuses on contract and corporate law, supporting companies, start-ups and investors in the structuring, negotiation and management of commercial agreements, partnerships and governance frameworks. Her work also covers intellectual property and technology-related matters, with specific experience in trademark law, competition law, IT law and data protection.

She assists clients in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, licensing and distribution agreements, shareholder arrangements, confidentiality and technology-transfer agreements, as well as in the strategic protection and commercial use of brands and other intangible assets.

Irmak also represents clients in civil and commercial litigation in Turkey, and has developed significant experience in domestic and international arbitration, designing and implementing effective dispute-resolution strategies for complex commercial matters.

She holds an LL.M. in Legal Studies (two-year Master's Programme) from the University of Bologna, where she strengthened her expertise in comparative private law, international contracting and regulatory compliance.

Her practice increasingly focuses on cross-border corporate and contractual work involving Turkey, Italy and Europe, assisting clients in structuring their operations, safeguarding business relationships and navigating multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks.
